Successful presentation of evidence training including P.A.C.E for railway revenue protection staff


The Company provides training for railway revenue inspectors and front line customer service staff in dealing with ticket irregularities and queries to ensure best practice and consistency across the board. These courses encompass a wide range of ticketing and customer service matters. Our experienced staff will deliver sessions intended to improve fraud reporting and successful presentation of evidence and will include training to meet the requirements of the Police & Criminal Evidence Act 1984 as applicable to railway staff.

The need for all staff to be able to correctly identify true fraudulent activity, as opposed to ticketing error, or innocent mistake are key elements of this training.
