The Company has been in the forefront of developing methods of measuring the extent of unpaid fares on rail services and in estimating the revenue at risk from fraudulent travel or failures to provide adequate ticket purchase opportunities.
Surveys have been conducted for a number of clients, including Transport for London and franchise train operators on the National Rail network, and consultancy advice has been given on the most appropriate measures to improve net revenue.
